3. Pingjiang Dry Sauce: Originated from Longevity Street, an important town on the border of Hunan, Hubei and Jiangxi, it is made into square inch size and copper coin thickness by traditional marinating and baking technology, and the finished product is black and shiny, with a fragrant smell.
4. Top Ten Bowls in Pingjiang: Banquets are held at home in rural areas, and local chefs are invited to cook at home. Local famous dishes made with local ingredients, such as fried meat, mutton, bamboo shoots, rice tofu, thousands of shredded silk, lily meatball soup, vermicelli, braised pork with tiger skin, braised fish and seasonal vegetables, are collectively called the top ten bowls.
