Ingredients: asparagus 500g, salt 3g, monosodium glutamate 2g, onion10g, cooking wine 5g, vinegar 8g and salad oil.
Practice: Wash asparagus, peel it, cut it into sections, blanch it in boiling water and take it out. Heat oil in a wok, add onion, asparagus, salt, cooking wine, vinegar and monosodium glutamate, stir-fry until cooked, and pour in bright oil.
