1 pound each of pork belly and shrimp, light soy sauce, chicken essence, thirteen spices, peanut oil, bean paste
Method
1. Put water in the pot, add shrimps after the water boils, remove the shrimps when they turn red, remove the shrimp shells and set aside.
2. Fry the pork belly. After the pork belly is oily, add the shrimp, add light soy sauce, chicken essence, thirteen spices, and bean paste. Finally, add a little sugar and stir-fry. Add the chopped green onion and serve.

Method
Step 1: Frozen shrimps bought in the supermarket, wash them with salt, Marinate with cooking wine, a little soy sauce, and starch for 10 minutes.
Step 2: Cut the tofu into small pieces, add oil in the pot, add some minced ginger and saute until fragrant, then pour in the tofu and fry it briefly.
