Steamed abalone with black bean sauce

Ingredients: small abalone, lobster sauce, chopped green onion, red pepper, minced garlic and steamed fish sauce.

Practice steps:

Wash the abalone and cross it for use;

Abalone in oyster sauce

Ingredients: abalone, oyster sauce, sugar and garlic.

Practice steps:

Buy abalone and wash it, gently take out the meat with a knife, and scrub the dirty things next to it with a toothbrush or clean steel balls;

Steam abalone in a steamer for 8 minutes, then stew for 2 minutes. Pay attention to the abalone juice steamed at the bottom of the plate.

Steamed abalone with garlic

Composition:

10 small abalone, 1 tablespoon oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon cooking wine, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 3 cloves garlic,
