Exercise:
1 Cook kidney beans and red beans with a little sugar;
2. Cook shredded celery for 7 or 8 minutes.
3 Cucumber, American lettuce and purple broccoli are shredded for use;
4 Add salad dressing, thousand island dressing and diluted peanut butter, pour in shredded cucumber, American lettuce and purple broccoli, stir well, and then add kidney beans and red beans!
