Ingredients: loofah 1 50g, soybean150g, salt 2g, monosodium glutamate 3g, pepper1g, salad oil 50g and starch 5g.
Practice: Wash the loofah, cut into pieces, peel the edamame, wash it for later use, boil hot water in the pot, put the washed edamame in the pot, blanch it for about one minute, and take it out. Fried shrimps with green beans

Ingredients: frozen soybean 1 kg, 2 tbsp salt, 4 star anise, garlic 10 cloves. Appropriate amount of black pepper, appropriate amount of white pepper and appropriate amount of sesame oil.
