Materials:

Codonopsis pilosula and Lycium barbarum each 15g, longan 10, and 6 red dates.

Exercise:

First, split the red dates and remove the core. Then put it into a casserole (or health pot) together with other washed medicinal materials, add 1500 ml water, boil it with strong fire, and then boil it with slow fire for 40 minutes. Drink tea instead.

Comments:

Among the tea ingredients, Codonopsis pilosula is sweet, good at invigorating spleen and lung, nourishing blood and promoting fluid production; Lycium barbarum is sweet and flat, good for nourishing liver and kidney, benefiting eyesight, moistening lung and quenching thirst; Longan meat is sweet, warm, beneficial to the heart and spleen, nourishing blood and calming the nerves; Jujube is sweet and warm, and has the functions of tonifying the middle warmer, nourishing blood and calming the nerves.

Four kinds of tea are used together, and the tea is mild. It has good functions of invigorating spleen and lung, invigorating qi and promoting fluid production, nourishing liver and kidney, nourishing essence and blood, calming the heart and calming the nerves. It is a good product of five internal organs, suitable for the general population in late spring and cold season (not suitable for those with yin deficiency and excessive fire and dry constitution).
