Required raw materials:
1. Material: 500g pork with skin, 0/5g soy sauce/kloc-0, 7 or 8 crystal sugar.
2. Accessories: onion segments, 7 or 8 pieces of ginger, 4 pieces of star anise, and salt.
Step 1: Clean the pork and cut it into blocks.
Step 2: Cut the onion, slice the ginger and wash the star anise for later use.
Step 3: add cold water to the pot, add pork, boil to remove floating foam, and take out the meat for later use.
Step 4: Add star anise, onion and ginger slices into another oil pan and stir-fry until fragrant.
Step 5: Add pork and stir fry.
Step 6: Add pork and stir-fry until the oil comes out and the surface is brown.
Step 7: Add rock sugar soy sauce (soy sauce is not allowed) and stir well.
Step 8: add boiling water to the pot, which must be boiling water, without pork at all, and add rock sugar.
Step 9: Stew on medium fire for 20 minutes, and then on low fire for 50 minutes. Add salt according to the salinity and stir well.
