1. click the start menu with the mouse -> Settings, as shown in the following figure

2. Click Personalization in the settings interface, as shown in the following figure

3. Select the "Start" option, as shown in the following figure

4. Turn on the "Start" switch on the right, as shown in the following figure

5. Go back to the desktop, click the Start button, and see the effect. The start menu has been displayed in full screen, as shown in the following figure.
