Sweet potato rice pudding
Suitable for/kloc-babies over 0/2 months old.
Eggs 1
50 grams of sweet potato
40 grams of rice
Formula milk 230 ml
The weight of ingredients only represents the production, not the baby's added amount.
1. First, we prepare the raw materials we need.
2. Cut the sweet potato into small pieces, steam it, and let it cool to room temperature.
3. Add the sweet potato, formula milk (100g) and eggs into the food supplement machine, and stir evenly.
4. After stirring, sieve it into a container, so that extra small bubbles can be filtered out, and the surface will be smoother after steaming.
5. Invert a plate above the container, bring the water to a boil, put it on the pot, and steam over medium heat 15 minutes.
6. Let it cool slightly after steaming.
7. Add the remaining formula in the pot, pour in 40 grams of rice and cook until soft and rotten. Stir more when cooking to avoid burning the pot. After cooking, put it in a bowl and let it cool slightly.
PS: You can do this step when the egg soup is steamed.
8. Put it into a complementary food machine and stir it into a paste.
9. Wait until the steamed eggs are slightly cold before pouring the rice paste. If you leave them for a while, they will taste like pudding.
10. Squeeze a small sun with leftover mashed sweet potatoes. With the embellishment of MengMeng, thick milk fragrance and soft taste, the baby will definitely love this rhythm.
1. If the baby is not allergic to egg white, it can be added after 10 months.
2. The formula milk in the ingredients can be replaced by fresh milk or milk. Fresh milk is suitable for babies over 1 year old, and ordinary milk can only be added when the baby is over 2 years old.
