Stir-fried tofu skin: Ingredients: 2 pieces of tofu skin, proper amount of pork, 2 small peppers, 4 cloves of onion, ginger, minced garlic, a little soy sauce, a little salt, a little starch, a little monosodium glutamate and a little cooking wine.
