2. Cut into finger-sized pieces.
3. Add a little salt, ginger and sugar in turn, stir well with soy sauce and marinate for half an hour.
4. Pour a little oil into a hot pot and saute Jiang Mo.
5. Stir-fry the pork for a few minutes.
6. Pour in the sauce and stir fry a few times (sauce: pickled lemon+white vinegar+white sugar+soy sauce and stir fry evenly)
7. Add a small bowl of water, cover the lid and turn to a low heat.
8. Boil until the water is dry, leave some sauce and turn off the heat.
9. Put the pigskin down neatly, put it on a plate, spread some fried peanuts, take a soup basin of about the same size and pour the juice on it. This dish is ready.
