Method of stuffing salted duck eggs with glutinous rice

Gannon Fort strongly recommends that sausage be diced into glutinous rice to fill Tian Yun salted duck eggs.

Step 1
It is best to soak glutinous rice for more than three hours and soak it thoroughly.

Second step
Mix with glutinous rice and add soy sauce, oyster sauce and chicken essence (because Tian Yun salted duck eggs are salty, consider adding little or no salt).

Knock a hole in the salted duck egg and pour out the protein inside, leaving only a whole yolk.
