Seaweed pine
Ingredients:
Seaweed, cooked black sesame, cooked white sesame.
Steps:
1. Fry the seaweed into pieces and add to a food processor to blend.
2. Stir-fry until dry.
3. Add all ingredients to a food processor and beat (beating time should not be too long).
4. Take it out to cool and put it into a sealed storage box.
Beef floss
Ingredients:
Beef tenderloin, lemon, ginger.
Steps:
1. Wash the beef, remove fascia and grease.
2. Cut strips along the grain and rinse several times.
3. Put all the ingredients into a bowl and soak for 30 minutes to remove the fishy smell.
4. Take out and rinse, add ginger slices to cold water and cook to remove the floating residue.
5. Rinse again, change the water, add ginger slices and continue cooking.
6. Take it out and let it cool, then tear it into strips according to the texture (the thinner, the better).
7. Stir fry in a pan over low heat (don't make it too dry).
8. Let cool and add to a food processor to beat (beat until lint comes out).
9. Pour into the pan and continue to fry for about 1 minute. Let cool and add the food processor to beat until fluffy.
10. Let cool and then add it to a sealed storage box.
Chicken floss/pork floss
Ingredients:
Pork tenderloin/chicken, lemon, ginger.
Steps:
1. Wash the pork tenderloin/pork, remove the fascia and remove the fat.
2. Cut strips along the grain and rinse several times.
3. Put all the ingredients into a bowl and soak for 30 minutes to remove the fishy smell.
4. Take out and rinse, add ginger slices to a pot with cold water and cook to remove the floating residue.
5. Take it out, rinse it again, and steam it in cold water for 15 minutes.
6. Take it out and let it cool, then tear it into strips according to the texture (the thinner, the better).
7. Stir-fry in a pan over low heat (don't make it too dry).
8. Let cool and add to a food processor to beat (beat until fluffy).
9. Pour into the pan and continue to fry for about 1 minute. Let cool and add the food processor to beat until fluffy.
