1. Use of baking tray and baking net
The baking tray is mainly used for baking hamburger steak, chicken, duck, biscuits, bread and so on. The baking net can be used to bake shelled foods such as peanuts and sunflower seeds. Bake cake with baking net and cake mold box; When grilled fish, you should use both the baking net and the baking tray (put the baking net on the baking tray and then put the fish).
No matter what kind of food is baked, put only one plate at a time, so that the food can be baked at the same time.
2. Operation steps of using automatic electric oven
(1) Put the prepared food to be baked into the baking tray that has been smeared with cooking oil;
(2) Plug in the power plug;
(3) Turn the change-over switch to the full load position, that is, heat up and down while electrifying, and turn the thermostat to the required temperature position.
After a certain period of time, the indicator light goes out, indicating that the oven has reached the preheating temperature.
(4) Put the baking tray containing the food to be baked into the oven with a handle fork.
(5) When automatic timing control is needed, screw the timer to the preset baking time; If automatic timing control is not needed, turn the timer to the "long connection" position.
(6) Observe whether all parts of the food are heated evenly at any time during the baking process, and rotate the baking tray with a handle fork if necessary.
(7) When baking to the preset time, turn the switch and thermostat back to the "off" position, unplug the power plug, take out the food, and wipe the oven cavity, door and accessories after the oven cools down.
3. Matters needing attention when using electric oven
(1) The temperature of the top and oven door of the electric oven is relatively high, so do not touch it with your hands when using it; Always use the handle fork when taking and placing the baking tray. Do not touch the heater or other parts of the oven cavity to avoid burns.
(2) The heater of the electric oven has a certain thermal inertia, and it takes 2-3 minutes for the surface of the heater to reach the normal working temperature when it is electrified; When the power is cut off, it takes some time to cool down. Knowing this characteristic of the heater is convenient to turn on or off the power supply of the heater in advance according to the baking degree of food.
(3) Before putting food into the oven, be sure to preheat the oven.
Because of the heat dissipation of the oven door, the baking degree of food near the oven door is always slightly weak. In order to bake the food evenly in all parts of the baking tray, you can rotate the baking tray by about half and continue baking.
(5) In order to use electricity safely, the electric oven should have a good grounding wire.
(6) After each use, the electric oven should be wiped clean after cooling. The baking tray and baking net can be cleaned with water, but the oven door, cavity and shell can't be cleaned with water, and they should be wiped with a dry cloth. When the oven cavity, baking tray and baking net are baked with food juice, and it is not easy to clean after carbonization, the cuttlefish bone can be dipped in water or gently wiped off with detergent.
