A simple recipe for cold preserved eggs

Ingredients preparation:

3 preserved eggs, 1 tablespoon light soy sauce, 2 grams of sugar, 2 cloves of garlic, 1 red bell pepper, half balsamic vinegar tablespoon, a little white sesame seeds, 2 chives, 2 teaspoons vegetable oil.

Method 1:

1. Prepare preserved eggs, garlic cloves and light soy sauce.

2. Cut the garlic cloves into garlic.

3. Put the garlic in a bowl and add light soy sauce.

4. Pour in fuel consumption.

5. Add chili oil and sesame oil, mix well and set aside.

6. Cut each preserved egg into four small points.

7. Arrange the cut preserved eggs on a plate.

Method 2:

1. Wash the preserved eggs, peel off the shell and cut into small pieces.
