Coconut milk 1 can /400ml

Brown sugar 1 10g

Proper amount of water

Method for making coconut milk Melaleuca cake

1. Prepare the required materials

2. First, add 1 10g brown sugar into 300ml water, boil the sugar to melt, and then put it into a larger soup bowl.

3. Take another bowl, add130g water chestnut powder into 400ml clean water, and stir well.

4. Sieve the evenly stirred water chestnut powder slurry and add it to the boiled brown sugar water for later use (that is, Figure 3 plus Figure 2, mix evenly).

Add 5.160g of white sugar into 300ml of hot water and stir to melt.

6. Add the remaining 120g water chestnut powder into 400 ml coconut milk and stir well. Horseshoe powder should be completely dissolved in the pulp without forming particles.

7. Sieve and add to the melted white sugar water (i.e. Figure 6 is added to Figure 5).

8. These are two kinds of prepared pulp with different colors.

9. Prepare a large basin and brush it with oil.

10. After the water in the cauldron is boiled, pour a layer of yellow tellurium powder slurry first.

1 1. After steaming, pour a layer of coconut milk powder.

12. After the coconut milk is steamed and solidified, pour in the tellurium pulp, and so on. Remember to wait for one layer to solidify before putting another layer, otherwise it will be mixed together! )

13. It takes about 4 ~ 5 minutes to steam each layer. Because my basin is relatively large, I put two spoonfuls of powder slurry on each floor. If only one spoonful of powder slurry is poured on each layer, it can be steamed for 2 ~ 3 minutes.

14. Steam, cool, invert and cut into your favorite shape.
