2. Boil water and put some oil in the pot. Copy rape leaves and cabbage into water separately, and add some salt to the water. (ps: refueling here can keep the color of rape bright)
3. Rape turns green. When you take it out, you can wash it down slightly with mineral water to keep the taste of fresh river water, then drain it and put it on a plate.
4. Add a little oil to the pot, pour the water soaked with mushrooms into boiling water, and add mushrooms. If oyster sauce and salt are used, stew the mushrooms and put them on the rape.
