2. Wash the 260ml stew beaker for easy rice washing.
3. Use an electric kettle to boil water. After the water boils, immediately pour the washed rice and boiling water into the cup. The amount of water is about a little below the threads. Close the lid and wait for about 5 minutes to warm up. During these 5 minutes, you can prepare the next round of boiling water.
4. Preheat for about 5 minutes and pour out the water. You can see that the rice that has been simmered for 5 minutes is a little cooked. After pouring out the preheated water, immediately pour the freshly boiled water prepared before preheating into the cup. The amount of water is the same as in the previous step. remember! Be sure to have freshly boiled water! Close lid immediately.
5. After covering it, you can leave it alone. You can do it in the morning. By noon, it should take about an hour or two. This is the characteristic of the stew beaker. It only takes 5 minutes to make and you can eat the rice porridge thoroughly cooked instead of boiling it all the time.
6. When the lid is first opened, some water condensed by steam will drip into the porridge on the lid, which will look transparent. This one was stirred and simmered for about 9 hours. You can still see the heat while stirring.
