6. Cover the bowl with tin foil or plastic wrap (plastic wrap is too thin and needs several layers), or if not, it can be a clean plastic bag and steamed in a steamer.
7. Be careful not to use too much fire when steaming. If you eat too much pudding, it will get old and bad. I usually steam in a bowl full of rice 15 minutes. If you steam it in a small pudding bottle, you can spend less time. Here, you can master it according to the size of your container.
8. Turn off the fire after steaming. Be careful not to take out the pudding at once. Take it out for at least 10 minutes. The surface of the patch will crack immediately.
