Low-sugar cake formula:

Banana cake

Materials and quantity:

1. Banana (large) (1)

2. Bakeable sugar substitute (2 teaspoons)

3. Vegetable butter (dissolved) (2 teaspoons)

4. Egg (1)

5. self-raising flour (60 grams)

6. Cinnamon powder (1/2 teaspoons)

7. Appropriate amount of water

Method:

1. Preheat the oven to 180℃.

2. Peel the banana and mash it into banana powder.

3. Put the sugar substitute, vegetable butter and eggs into an egg beater and stir until they are soft and creamy, then add the chopped bananas and stir well.

4. Sift the self-raising flour and cinnamon powder into the egg paste, add appropriate amount of water and mix well.

5. Finally, pour the flour paste into the cake cup and bake for 15 to 20 minutes.

Exercise:
