Ingredients: lettuce 500g, balsamic vinegar 1000ml, ginger and garlic, salt 5g, sugar 50g.
1. Peel, wash and slice lettuce.
2. Peel and shred ginger, peel and slice garlic, and prepare salt and sugar.
3. Bring the pot to a boil, pour in the balsamic vinegar, boil the vinegar over high fire, turn off the fire after boiling for 5 minutes, and let it cool.
4. Put the lettuce slices into the basin and add ginger, garlic, salt and sugar.
5. Stir well and pour into a jar, then pour the cooled balsamic vinegar into the jar. The amount of balsamic vinegar is better than that of lettuce slices.
