Toona sinensis formula
1. Toona sinensis fried eggs
Ingredients: 250 grams of Toona sinensis buds and 5 eggs.
Seasoning: salt, cooking wine, soy sauce, oil and onion.
Exercise:
Wash Toona sinensis buds, blanch with boiling water for 2 minutes, take out, cool with cold water, and drain; Dice.
Knock the eggs into a bowl, add the Toona sinensis buds and shallots, add appropriate amount of salt, cooking wine and soy sauce, and stir to make an egg paste;
Put oil in a hot pot, heat it to 70%, pour the egg paste into the pot, stir-fry until the eggs are soft and mature, and then plate.
2. Tofu with Toona sinensis buds
Ingredients: Toona sinensis150g, tender tofu 250g.
Seasoning: soy sauce, salt and sesame oil.
Exercise:

3. Fried Toona sinensis buds
Ingredients: 2 eggs, 250g Toona sinensis.
Seasoning: salt, flour, starch, sugar, oil.
Exercise:
