Tools/materials: ribs, gluten-free beans, red dates, medlar, garlic, ginger, salt.
0 1 Wash the ribs with clean water, then blanch them in a cold water pot.
After the ribs become discolored, take them out and clean them. Drain water for later use.
Remove both ends of gluten-free beans, pick and fold them into sections, and then wash them with clear water for later use.
Prepare more than half a bowl of red dates and wash them with water.
Put the blanched pork ribs and ginger in a pressure cooker until the pork ribs are slightly soft, and then put the beans, red dates and garlic in the pressure cooker to stew until the pork ribs and beans are soft and cooked.
After the soup is stewed, add some salt to the pot.
Put the soup and vegetables together in a soup bowl and serve.
