Practice: 1. Wash the pork first (with pork belly)
2. Use taro,
Peel, wash and cut into thick slices.
3. Put the washed taro and pork belly together in a big bowl, then add a piece of rose sufu (to be mashed), and then add a proper amount of ginger, soy sauce and salt (the degree of seasoning depends on your own taste).
4. Finally, put it in a pot and steam for about 1 hour.
