Shanghai honeymoon, want to go to Shanghai, Suzhou, Wuxi, Nanjing, Hangzhou, Xitang, please give directions!
Suggested itinerary:

Shanghai-Hangzhou-Shaoxing-Jiaxing (Xitang, Wuzhen, Tongli and other water towns)-Suzhou-Shanghai-Jilin.

Or vice versa: Shanghai-Suzhou-Jiaxing and other water towns-Hangzhou-Shaoxing-Shanghai-Jilin.

I have been to all these places and answered some questions from others. Copy them for your reference.

Hangzhou 1:

Degang Guo Sang: The beauty of the West Lake is incomparable. It's true.

The best way to see the scenery of the West Lake is to rent a bicycle (it is said to be free), and then ride around the lake. You can see Huagang and Xiao Chun, Su Causeway, everywhere. Take a walk by the lake at night to know what a gentle and rich country is.

Hangzhou is too famous to say much. One more reminder: There is a small art gallery near Bai Causeway on the south bank, and you can visit it for free. In the previous paragraph, the works of Huang and Yangzhou Eight Eccentrics were exhibited, and it was a surprise to see Fengyuan Bamboo.

When eating in Hangzhou, there are famous buildings on the south bank of the West Lake: West Lake vinegar fish (grass carp is enough), beggar chicken, Dongpo meat (one serving is enough), Song Sao fish soup, fried stinky tofu, Shaoxing rice wine, Longjing tea ... When eating, it is best not to go or there will be too many people (you can book it after an hour or two), then choose the terrace on the second floor, see the building outside Qingshan Building outside the mountain and enjoy rice wine. (The menu I went to eat at that time: West Lake Honey Lotus 20; Dongpo braised pork16.8; West Lake vinegar fish (grass carp) 66; Song Sao Yu Tang19.6; Beggar chicken 158 (few people can't order it); Dry fry bell 28; Bean seedling 23; 42 spring bamboo shoots; Steamed shrimp19; West Lake Longjing Tea 5/ person; Five-year Huadiao wine 30/ kg-as a honeymoon meal, it is suggested that the above dishes can omit the beggar chicken and a green vegetable. More than 200 yuan to get dinner on the terrace outside the building, hehe)

There are many local home-cooked dishes in Hangzhou cuisine, such as "grandma's house", which is cheap and good. Not bad either.

There are many bars and cafes on the east bank of the lake. You can relax when you are tired of walking by the lake at night.

2. Shaoxing:

The characteristics of Shaoxing ancient town are not obvious. Cang Qiao Zhijie is like Nanluoguxiang in Beijing and Laoli Lane in Shanghai. It is far from the characteristics of Xitang and Wuzhen.

However, the remains of celebrities in Shaoxing are still worth seeing.

From Hangzhou to Shaoxing, there are many trains, which can be completed in one hour. If you start from Shanghai, you can go to Shaoxing first, and then go back to Hangzhou from Shaoxing.

In Shaoxing, try to live near Luxun Road. Lu Xun's former residence, San Tan Yin Yue and Bai Cao Garden are all free. From Lu Xun's former residence, you can walk 10 minutes to Shenyuan (the source of Lu You's "Hairpin Phoenix"). Xianheng Hotel is also on the same street. Zhou Enlai's former residence is not far away.

Outside Shaoxing city, places worth visiting: 1, Ke Yan, Jianhu and Luzhen (three places belong to one scenic spot); 2. Lanting (the birthplace of Wang Xizhi's Preface to Lanting Collection and Qushui allusions). These two places can be reached in about an hour by bus.

3. Jiaxing (visit the ancient town)

There are many trains and buses from Hangzhou to Jiaxing. There are many ancient towns near Jiaxing. Zhouzhuang, Tongli, Wuzhen, Nanxun, Xitang, etc ... Zhouzhuang is famous, but it was developed early and has a strong commercial atmosphere. The ancient town tastes bad. It is suggested to consider going to Xitang, Tongli or Wuzhen, which are not far away. You can also go to Tongli first. If you are not satisfied, you can go to Xitang in Wuzhen (there used to be a direct tourist bus in Suzhou) and stay in the ancient town of Tang Xi at night. Very good. House, boat, house near the river, carved big bed, 100 yuan per room. The conditions are also good.

Jiaxing is not a big place, and there are not many places to play, mainly South Lake and Yu Yan Building. Jin Yong fans can visit Yu Yan Tower. A big red ship is also there. You don't have to stay in Jiaxing. Go sightseeing for half a day. Go to Xitang or Wuzhen.

4. Suzhou

You can get there by train or bus from any nearby city.

Suzhou Railway Station is in the center of Suzhou. It is also close to Guanqian Street in the downtown area. You can live in Guanqian Street, which is the busiest urban area in Suzhou. There are many merchants and snacks. Go to Guanqian Street and you can solve the dinner. There are also many chain hotels such as Hanting and 7 Days.

Visit Suzhou.

The gardens in Suzhou are actually similar. The locals said there was no need to go to Humble Administrator's Garden. Tiger hill has some characteristics. I agree.

My suggestion (which was also my itinerary at that time): Eat wonton and noodles from a century-old Suzhou store for breakfast in the morning, and go to Hanshan Temple (this is the origin of "Hanshan Temple outside Gusu City, the midnight bell goes to the passenger ship")-one hour is enough, and then go to Tiger Hill (you can climb Tiger Hill and watch Sword Pool for one hour). It should be noon at this time. The gardens in Suzhou are small and not very time-consuming.

After lunch (snacks can be eaten on Shantang Road), visit Humble Administrator's Garden and other gardens. I suggest going to Suzhou Museum-Zhongwangfu-Humble Administrator's Garden. Take a bus to Suzhou Museum and visit this modern garden designed by I.M. Pei for free. It is suggested to watch a movie introduction to learn about the past lives of Suzhou gardens and the garden value in the eyes of masters. The museum-loyal palace-humble administrator's garden are all next to each other. Along the way, we saw the gardens in the Qing Dynasty and the classical gardens in the Ming Dynasty.

In my opinion, Suzhou garden is famous because it is a classic of folk gardens, which is very similar to the Summer Palace and Beihai in Beijing, except that Beijing is royal and Suzhou is a private house built by local officials. Of course, the momentum and scale are not comparable to the royal forest. Lion Forest is also nearby. You can also have a look if you are interested. I don't find it interesting. This is just a park.

You can listen to pingtan or continue to visit the park in the evening.

Take the tourist bus from Suzhou Pingsi Road, and there are direct buses to Tongli and Zhouzhuang. Very convenient. You can get on the bus before four in the afternoon. It usually takes two hours to reach those ancient towns.

From the center of Suzhou to Shanghai, there are trains and buses directly to the airport, and Hongqiao can be reached in two hours by car.

Wuxi suggests not to go, mainly because it is a Taihu Lake.

Nanjing, you really don't have enough time, do you? Otherwise, you can stop in 1-2 days.

In short, in terms of time arrangement, the suggestions are as follows: stay in Hangzhou 1-2 nights, stay in Shaoxing 1-2 nights, stay in Guzhen 1-2 nights, and stay in Suzhou at least 1 night if you go to Nanjing or Shanghai.

According to my experience, you don't need to book a hotel to play this season. Find a store to bargain at any time. You can find the information of local business hotels such as Home Inn and Hanting in advance, as well as the information of chain youth hostels, as an alternative and key consideration.

On the road, trains are preferred (fewer trains), followed by conventional long-distance buses.

Let it be. Have a nice trip.
