Tools/materials: 2 kg of green plum, 4 tablespoons of salt, vegetable basket, clear water, glass bottle, and high-alcohol rice wine.
1. Prepare the green plums, remove the leaves and pick out the bad fruits.
2. Then wash the green plums for later use.
3. Dry the cleaned plums and dry the water on the surface.
4. Prepare an empty glass bottle and disinfect it with high-alcohol rice wine for later use.
5. Put the dried plums into a sterilized glass bottle.
6. Finally, add a proper amount of salt into the glass bottle, stir it evenly and seal it.
