I thought the quality of the house in Repulse Bay was ok, but in fact the quality was very poor. Now we have found a serious quality problem-corner crack caused by house sinking (as all friends who know architecture know, corner crack is a serious structural problem), and there is water seepage in the bathroom. As far as I know, many owners have found the same problem. Repulse Bay houses are painted indoors, and developers are suspected of covering up cracks. I hope that everyone will carefully check their houses before renovation and safeguard their rights together when problems are found.
