Dragon Chaoshou! The name sounds very domineering! Who is this Dragon Chaoshou?" My mother blinked mysteriously: "You will know in a while." My "Grape Well Cold Cake" was served. . Oh oh! The moon-like cold cake is soaked in the dark brown sugar juice. It is exactly the same as the one in the recipe picture! I couldn't wait to take a spoonful and put it in my mouth - the sweet sugar juice surged on the tip of my tongue, and a cool feeling spread from my mouth to my throat and stomach. The cold cake is ice-cold and chewy, and is a hundred times more delicious than jelly! I gobbled it up and finished a plate of cold cakes in one go. At this time, my mother's "Long Chao Shou" was also served. I stretched my neck and took a look. It turned out that "Long Chao Shou" were our Nanjing wontons! However, this head is more than twice as big as the one in Nanjing. The wontons are floating on the translucent red oil soup, like a boat swimming on the water. It is really beautiful. After eating cold cakes and long chaoshou, my mother and I continued to look for new delicacies. I suddenly found a long queue in front of a small store, which seemed to be selling cold dishes. I took my mother to queue. There were so many people. I looked at the plaque on the store: "Red Star Rabbit" and asked my mother what Red Star Rabbit was. "This is a famous snack in Sichuan!" As I spoke, it was our turn. Looking at the various delicious foods in the display window, I wanted to take a bite of everything. Finally, we bought "Red Star Rabbit Diced", "Dry Mixed Beef" and "Five-Spice Bean Curd". My mother and I found a stone bench and sat down, ready to start a big meal! I picked up a large piece of beef and put it in my mouth to savor it. It was so spicy! But it tastes really good when chewed. I fell in love with this delicious taste all of a sudden. One piece, two pieces...I finished the beef quickly. I greedily opened the signature dish "Red Star Rabbit" again. The diced rabbit has been soaked in red spicy oil until it turns red all over. There are also green onions and coriander as side dishes. Well, it’s really exciting! I picked up a large piece of diced rabbit and put it in my mouth, tasting it slowly. After eating Red Star Rabbit, my mother and I continued walking with our bulging bellies. It got dark soon, and my mother and I searched the streets for a place to have dinner. A fly restaurant called "Hot Girl Chuan Chuan Xiang" attracted our attention. When we walked in and took a look, there were quite a lot of people. So what is the so-called "chuanchuanxiang"? We decided to order a little to try. We selected the meat and vegetable dishes we wanted to eat from the freezer, and when we returned to our seats, the waiter quickly hot-hot the skewers we selected and placed them in a large funnel-shaped soup bowl. The soup bowl was filled with red soup as usual. I immediately grabbed a meat skewer and put it in my mouth. It was so hot! My mouth was almost burned. I spit it out quickly. It seems that not only can’t I eat hot tofu in a hurry, I can’t eat skewers either! I watched my mother imitate her, using chopsticks to pick off the meat slices, kelp, enoki mushrooms and other delicacies on the bamboo skewers, put them into a small plate sprinkled with chili powder, and then put them into my mouth carefully. At this time, a strange feeling rushed into the mouth, numb, spicy, fresh and fragrant, it was really wonderful! It’s so delicious!
