First, efficacy
Sea cucumber, sweet and salty, has the functions of tonifying kidney and essence, promoting diuresis and strengthening yang, and treating impotence. It is warm in nature and full of enemies, so it is named sea cucumber.
Sea cucumber has the effects of nourishing yin and strengthening yang, nourishing blood and moistening dryness, regulating menstruation and relieving fatigue, and preventing and benefiting fetus. It also has the effects of improving memory, delaying gonadal aging, preventing arteriosclerosis, and resisting tumors.
Second, the practice of sea cucumber and egg soup
Ingredients: egg 1 sea cucumber 1.
Seasoning salt 1 g ginger 1 slice garlic 2 cloves soy sauce 1 tablespoon shallot 1 sugar 1/2 teaspoons.
6 tbsp water, 65438 vegetable oil+100ml abalone juice +0/2 tbsp.
1. Beat the eggs into a bowl, add 4 tablespoons of water several times and stir well. Then cover the bowl, put it into the water pot, steam it on low heat for 10 minute, turn off the fire for two or three minutes and take it out.
2. Chop the onion, ginger and garlic, heat the vegetable oil in a wok and saute the chives, ginger and garlic.
3. Put abalone juice, soy sauce, sugar, salt and 2 tablespoons of water into a bowl, mix into a bowl of juice, pour it into a wok, add sauté ed shallots and ginger and bring to a boil.
4. Add the ready-to-eat sea cucumber, pour the sea cucumber repeatedly with the soup for about 1 minute, turn off the fire, and pour the juice on the steamed egg custard.
Three. Methods/steps
1, prepare all ingredients for use. A prepared sea cucumber (how to make sea cucumber is also introduced in my past experience, you can find it), 2 eggs, and put them in a bowl.
Step 2 handle eggs. Beat the eggs well, make them into bubbles, add a little water and stir well.
3. Steamed egg custard. Put the prepared egg liquid into a steamer and steam for 10- 15 minutes.
Step 4 deal with sea cucumbers. Wash the sea cucumber and cut it into blocks with uniform thickness for later use.
5. Put it in a bowl. Put the sliced sea cucumber slices evenly in a bowl.
6. Add seasoning and decoration. Then pour soy sauce and sesame oil on the sea cucumber slices and spread chopped green onion. A simple and nutritious sea cucumber and egg custard is ready!
