We cut the green and red peppers with a vertical knife, remove the pepper seeds inside, then clean them, cut them into small pieces of moderate size, and cut onions, ginger and garlic into filaments.
Then put oil in a hot pan, add pepper and star anise, stir-fry until fragrant, take it out and throw it away. Stir-fry onion, ginger and garlic until fragrant, add a spoonful of bean paste and stir-fry until fragrant, add meat slices, add a little cooking wine and stir-fry until discolored, and serve.
With the base oil in the pot, pour the processed pepper into the pot, stir fry over medium heat, after four or five minutes, add appropriate amount of salt, monosodium glutamate, pepper and sugar, and finally pour in the meat, and stir well to serve.
Absolutely delicious, with a bowl of rice, delicious or not.
