Guankou Town belongs to Dujiangyan City, Chengdu, Sichuan Province, and is named after it is located at the mouth of Dujiangyan irrigation canal, a famous water conservancy project. Its town history can be traced back to the Southern and Northern Dynasties 1600 years ago, and it is one of the birthplaces of ancient Bashu culture. The town covers an area of 16.70 square kilometers, with a non-agricultural population of 65,000. It is the political, economic, cultural and transportation center of Dujiangyan City.
