1. Duobao Fish Wash Duobao Fish with clean water and brush off the mucus on the surface with a toothbrush.
2. Coat both sides of Duobao fish with salt and cooking wine evenly, and marinate for about 10 minutes; Put some ginger slices on the fish.
3. Boil the water in the pot, put the Duobao fish on the bracket in the plate and steam for 8 minutes on high fire.
