The source of the work
The name of this newspaper was compiled by Li Deyang, a crosstalk performer who performed in Beijing and Tianjin in the1920s. At the beginning of its creation, the Manchu-Chinese banquet used the name of the dish, so the name of the dish was also called Manchu-Chinese banquet.
