1. Dry clean the shrimp first, and then soak it in clean water. A small amount of vermicelli should also be soaked in water for later use.
2. Peel the zucchini, wash the pedicle, cut into long strips, and prepare a small amount of shredded ginger;

Note: Wax gourd can also be used to save melon, but less water should be added when stewing wax gourd, because wax gourd will stew water.
