Eight big egg tart skins
2 eggs of normal size (only one egg is beaten in the picture)
20g of fine sugar (the picture shows powdered sugar).

200 ml of pure milk

Pour all the milk into the eggbeater and add all the powdered sugar and condensed milk. (powdered sugar, condensed milk has sunk to the bottom, you can't see it. )

Beat the eggs well and sieve them twice.
Sieve the egg mixture, add the milk mixture and stir well.
