As a banquet with the characteristics of Chinese and foreign restaurants in ancient and modern times, the buffet dinner has been widely used and developed rapidly with the deepening of China's reform and opening up and the exchanges between Chinese and foreign restaurants. It has become another wonderful flower in the garden of China restaurants and has been praised by Chinese and foreign hotels. For example, the closing reception of APEC held by our store and the celebration of ADB's annual meeting all took the form of large-scale cold meals, which were rare with high grade, large scale and good atmosphere. At the National Day reception, we used two warm colors, yellow and red, mixed in the basic colors of the national flag, which was full of joy and unconventional.
