Special Sanzheng is a special steamed dish in Hunan. It's simple. But this idea is very novel. Combine single steamed vegetables. It became a big dish at the party. It's really creative. Features: three steamed and three flavors are reasonably matched: beef is home-cooked, meatballs are salty and fresh, and pumpkins are original.
Raw materials: beef tenderloin, peeled pumpkin, rice each150g, minced lean meat100g and glutinous rice 50g.
Seasoning: 20 grams of watercress, 5 grams of soy sauce, 8 grams of monosodium glutamate, 5 grams of pepper, 3 grams of salt, ginger rice 10 gram, garlic rice and chopped green onion, 8 grams of sesame oil, 20 grams of cooking wine and 2 eggs.
Production method:
(1) Stir-fry the rice with low fire until it is slightly yellow in color and smells like rice (stir constantly when stirring, about 15 minutes), take out the rice, cool it, and crush it into rice flour with a pulverizer. Cut beef into 0.2 cm thick slices, mix rice flour and beef with watercress, cooking wine, ginger rice, garlic rice and soy sauce to make home-cooked dishes, and put them in a bamboo cage for 20 minutes.
(2) Add eggs, salt, monosodium glutamate, ginger rice, chopped green onion and pepper into minced meat, and stir into minced meat.
(3) Soak the glutinous rice in warm water, take it out and drain it, make the meat stuffing into balls with a diameter of about 2 cm, roll it in the glutinous rice for several times and stick it evenly, and put it in a small bamboo cage 12 minutes.
(4) Cut the pumpkin into 8 pieces 5cm square and 0.5cm thick, and steam in a small cage for 8 minutes.
(5) Choose a large plate, put the steamed beef, pearl balls and pumpkin into the plate together, sprinkle with sesame oil and decorate with flowers.
