Steps:
1. Cut the green pepper with a knife.
2. Chop ginger and garlic separately.
3. Cut the green garlic slope with a knife.
4. Slice donkey tendons.
5. Stir-fry the pot with hot water, blanch the donkey's tendons to remove fishy smell, pour out and drain.
6. Wash the hot oil in the pot, pour in the donkey's tendon and add salt to stir fry.

10. Add green garlic and pepper and stir well.
