A trip to Dieshan Academy
Along the long red stone steps, you walk into Lishengmen, the population of Dieshan Academy. The plaque was inscribed by Mr. Xie Hanru, President of the World Xie Clan Association. The square "Dieshan Book Record Tablet" was originally inscribed by Lin Zexu, a famous minister in Qing Dynasty, and now it is inscribed by Shao Shiping, the late governor of Qianjiangxi Province. Entering the Ritual Gate, there is an ancient well on the right. The water in this well is cool and sweet. According to historical records, Lu Yu of Cha Sheng used this well to make tea in the Tang Dynasty, and after drinking it, he was full of praise, calling it "the third spring in Xinzhou".

The first entrance was Wenchang Hall, which was moved from the Confucian Temple in the county town to the Academy in the first year of Xianfeng in Qing Dynasty (185 1). Originally, it was a wooden tablet dedicated to Kuixing, Confucius and his disciples, but now it is the Confucius Memorial Hall, which contains portraits of sages such as Confucius and is a place for offering sacrifices to sages. On the left side of Wenchang Pavilion is the Sutra Pavilion. Built in the Qianlong period of the Qing Dynasty, it was the place where the academy collected books. Passing through the round cave door made of bluestone, it is a garden with exotic flowers and elegant environment. On the grass, there is a stone carving of "Qingtian Cave" inscribed by Zhu, a philosopher of the Song Dynasty. Mingluntang was founded in the second year of Yuan Dynasty and Qing Dynasty (13 13). It is one of the earliest buildings of Dieshan Academy, a place for expounding politics, religion, morality and humanistic ethics, and a main place for giving lectures, offering sacrifices and celebrating. Mingluntang has two entrances, one is the exhibition room of Xie Dieshan's life story; Erjin is the cultural and educational history showroom in Yiyang County. Walking out of the side door of Minglun Hall, there is the mountain room, which has the architectural style of Yuan Dynasty. It is the longest preserved single building in the college. This used to be the place where the dean of the college lived and worked in Yamada. Now it is the maintenance information showroom of Dieshan College.

Walking out of the mountain house, you can enjoy the inscription on the left wall of the cloister. The content of the inscription is mainly the poems of Mr. Xie Dieshan, which are masterpieces of famous calligraphers at home and abroad, forming a calligraphy art gallery of Dieshan Academy. Go along the long corridor and enter Gui Huayuan. Built in Daoguang period of Qing Dynasty, it consists of three bungalows, named after the ancient laurel planted in the courtyard. This is where students eat and sleep. Fang Zhimin and Shao Shiping once lived here when they were studying, and now they are "Yiyang Dialect Information Exhibition Room". The only building with floors in Dieshan Academy is Wangjiang Building, with two floors. Tomorrow is the second year (1622), which was built by Sun Sen, the magistrate of Yiyang. At that time, Fang Zhimin and Shao Shiping established the first revolutionary group organization "Nine Districts Youth League" in Jiangxi, and established the first * * * Youth League branch in northeast Jiangxi. Wangjianglou is the best place to see Dieshan Academy. It is simple and majestic, standing in Wangjiang Tower. Looking around, the Xinjiang Long Bridge spans, the houses in the south of the city, the smoke curling up, and the "One River and Twelve Scenes" have a panoramic view.
