When a bowl of wonton is served, I will eat a few mouthfuls carefully, and then eat it with a small white porcelain spoon until the bowl walls jingle. This is a famous local specialty in Anqing. Every winter, I believe that everyone will have a complex of burning meat with mountain flour and jiaozi in his childhood memory. When you taste it, you will feel the taste of home. The mountain flour mentioned by Anqing people is actually the sweet potato flour that we usually use, but it is used to thicken in most places when cooking, while Anqing people make it dripping and exquisite, making it into a delicious dish with meat.
Five, flight attendants dumplings
Kongcheng Zongzi, as a traditional specialty of Anqing Tongcheng, is similar to meat Zongzi, but steamed. This kind of zongzi takes rice as the main raw material and is made by traditional technology. The special place is that the skin made of rice and glutinous rice is a little waxy but will not stick to the mouth. When eating hot, sprinkle a layer of cooked oil on the steaming jiaozi, which won't stick chopsticks or mouth. It tastes smooth and more delicious.
