The old pub tells the story of 1928 to 1946, a nobody who came to the northeast, Chen Huai Sea. He made a living by digging holes in the mountains and forests in the northeast, only to encounter hardships and have to come to Dalian to open a pub to make a living. The old pub has thus become a stage where information from all directions and people of all colors gather. Chen Huaihai used this stage to protect the "Old North Wind", persuaded the Northeast Army Brigadier to return to the battlefield, denounced the old Qing Dynasty, and fought against the Japanese ronin to support the people of China.
The organization sent Gu Sanmei to the old pub and turned it into an underground traffic station of the organization. Under the influence of Gu Sanmei, Chen Huai Hai's daughter Xiao Bao Mian became a traffic policeman. On the eve of Dalian's liberation, Chen Huaihai helped Gu Sanmei smash the enemy's plan to destroy the city. Together, they ushered in the liberation of Dalian and gained sincere love.
