Preparation materials: 300g leek, 1 squid, 25g peanut oil, 4g refined salt and 2g monosodium glutamate.
First, wash the leek and cut it into inches, as shown below.
Second, the squid is peeled and washed, as shown in the figure below.
Third, then shred the squid for later use, as shown in the figure below.
Fourth, put water in the pot to boil, add shredded squid and blanch with boiling water.
Five, with cold water too cold, remove and drain, as shown in the figure below.
