Main ingredients: 150g lean meat, 150g taro.

Method:
1. Cut the meat into 1.5cm square pieces, mix well with a little salt and pepper, and then use starch to mix well.
2. Cut the taro into 1.5cm square pieces, fry in a pot over medium heat for 2 minutes, assemble and set aside.
3. Heat the oil until it is 50% hot, add the diced meat and stir it up, add garlic and chili pepper and stir-fry, then add the taro and stir-fry, add light soy sauce and sugar and stir-fry for 1 minute, sprinkle with chopped green onion and serve. Lift the pot.
