Ingredients: 1 eel, 10g onion ginger, 15g garlic, 2 tablespoons oil, 4g salt, 5ml rice wine, 5ml vinegar, 3g pepper and 3g chicken essence.
1. Slaughter the eel, wash it and cut it into pieces, then add salt, yellow wine, vinegar and pepper for 20 minutes.
2. Wash the onion, ginger and garlic, cut the onion into sections, slice the ginger, peel the garlic and pat it flat.
3. Put the marinated eel slices into the oil pan and fry until golden on both sides.
4. Add appropriate amount of water to boil, turn to low heat and cook the eel until cooked, and add a little chicken essence.
