(3) The application materials filled in by users are untrue or inconsistent. For example, the account number, server and role do not correspond, the number of stolen virtual goods and pets is not true, and the stolen time is wrong.
(4) It has been more than 72 hours since the user successfully declared that the virtual goods were stolen; The normal time from the discovery of stolen goods is over 72 hours.
(5) The user fails to cooperate with the investigation work of our company, and fails to provide detailed, true and accurate personal data and other relevant materials in time.
(6) The user has made more than two requests to recover stolen virtual goods based on the same account in the same natural year.
(7) The user once filed a claim for stolen virtual goods for multiple game characters under the same account.
(8) The user submits an incorrect claim to retrieve the stolen virtual item, for example, the virtual item is not actually stolen, but in the store or warehouse corresponding to the game account.
(9) The legitimate users of stolen accounts or virtual goods have doubts, including but not limited to:
A. The user cannot provide sufficient evidence to prove that he is the legitimate user of the account/game character/virtual item;
B a third party has provided preliminary evidence to prove that it is a legitimate user of the account/game character/virtual item, but the user cannot provide sufficient evidence to the contrary.
(10) Due to irresistible factors (such as abnormal network, too many declared players, etc. ), the user's application demand was not successfully accepted.
