The practice of water chestnut:
1, stewed chicken with horseshoe

2, scallion water chestnut
First, peel off the shell of water chestnut with a knife, remove the purple membrane skin, put water chestnut into a plate, add chopped green onion and salt, steam for about 10 minute, take it out, and drop sesame oil to serve.
3. Boiled water chestnut
Soak water chestnut in clean water for about 30 minutes, put the washed water chestnut into the pot, add onion, ginger slices, pepper, star anise and fragrant leaves according to your own taste, cover and boil, stew for about 15 minutes, and break the shell directly when eating.
