Ingredients: 500g of ribs, sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, ginger, onion, salt, oil, chicken essence and cooking wine.
1. Put the prepared sweet and sour pork ribs into a pot with cold water, and add cooking wine, ginger slices and blanched water for later use.
