600 grams of bread sticks
-150g grated cheese
-100g butter
-1 l chicken soup or beef soup
A pinch of nutmeg and cinnamon.
Gently fry the bread loaf in a clay plate with 50 grams of butter. Add cheese and spices. Pour the broth on the bread loaf and cook for 20 minutes. When the broth is finished, add melted butter and grated cheese and bake in the oven for 10 minutes.
