Steamed potato ribs with flour
Ingredients: 1 ribs, 2 teaspoons of steamed pork, 2 potatoes, 1 teaspoon of oil, 1 teaspoon of soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of oyster sauce.
Specific steps:
Cut the ribs into small pieces, wash and drain. Add 2 spoonfuls of steamed pork for seasoning (there are steamed pork seasoning packages in the supermarket), add appropriate amount of oil, oyster sauce and soy sauce, mix well and marinate 10 minutes for seasoning. Peel potatoes, cut them into small pieces, soak them in clear water, and remove excess starch to prevent potatoes from oxidation and blackening. Add 1 tbsp steamed pork to the soaked potato pieces for seasoning and mix well. Put the seasoned potato pieces on the bottom of the plate evenly, and spread the marinated ribs on the surface. Steam in a steamer with high fire for15min, or steam in a rice cooker/pressure cooker with high fire for10min.
Steamed meatballs with horseshoes
Ingredients: 200g of front leg meat, 6-8 horseshoes, 3 mushrooms, oyster sauce and starch 1 teaspoon, proper amount of oil, a little salt, cooking wine 1 teaspoon.
Specific steps:
Peel the front legs and chop them into minced meat. Soak mushrooms and cut into pieces. Prepare 6-8 horseshoes and peel them off for later use. Chop water chestnut, put it in a bowl with chopped front leg meat and mushroom powder, and add oyster sauce, starch, cooking wine, oil and appropriate amount of salt to taste. Marinate the mixed meat for a while. Prepare a steamer, spread a layer of steamer cloth, knead the pickled meat stuffing into round balls, stack them on the steamer, add water to the steamer, boil them, put them in a pot, and steam them on high fire for 15 minutes.
